This is a box with our wines MOSST rosé, MOSST white and red IO, with our olive oil DARA 50 cl. , our honey VERAL, and a selection of 2 Catalan artisan cheeses:
1- Puigpedrós Raw cow's milk, pressed hard pasta and flowery bark, at least 3 months of maturation. It is made in the Molí de Ger cheese dairy (La Cerdanya).
2- Gris de Muntanya Pasteurized goat milk, semi-hard and creamy pasta. Delicately intense taste with an aroma of nuts and herbs. Produced in Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana (Barcelona) and tuned for a while to Xerigots adjustment cups.
